The Unified Database for Domestic Animal Accounting "Taban" (hereinafter - Database) is intended for unified accounting of animals, events, and actions related to them, in accordance with the order of the Minister of Ecology, Geology, and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 20, 2022, No. 169 "On the approval of the rules for accounting domestic animals and the list of animals to be registered". In particular, the Database receives information from the information systems of local executive bodies (hereinafter - MIO systems) about the animals registered in the region through system integration.

The following integrations are implemented in the Database through the "Smart bridge" service showcase:

1) The service key eQazynaTabanService for transferring animal identification codes from the Database to MIO systems; transferring information about the use of animal identification codes from MIO systems to the Database; receiving information about animals registered in the Database to avoid duplication in MIO systems;

2) The service key TabanForEgovDocsServiceSync for transferring the passport information of registered domestic animals from the Database to e-Gov Mobile Digital Documents

3) The service key TabanOwnerAnimalsInfoServiceSync for checking the presence/absence of domestic animals in the Database.

Access to the Database is provided:

The authorized body in the field of responsible animal care (the Forestry and Wildlife Committee of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan) is provided access automatically through the BIN included in the electronic digital signature of the legal entity.

Individuals can view the domestic animal passport – an electronic document created in the Database, containing information from MIO systems about the individual number of the domestic animal, its veterinary treatments, including diagnostic results, living places, and owner information (individual or business identification number, address, and contact details).

Access to the Database is ensured by the joint-stock company "Information and Accounting Center," which is designated as the sole operator in the field of state property accounting according to the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2011, No. 802
